The class is taught in my studio in Hope. I call it Yoga for the Stiff, Sore and Stressed.

I have been teaching this very relaxed, practical, fun  Yin style of Yoga for 26 years to a variety of people, from beginners to experienced.

I have dealt with many injured people, having been a physiotherapist for most of that time.

We will get to know each other and explore ways of opening up your hips,shoulders,chest and back in a slow considered way.

We will use simple breathing techniques paired with movement and stillness to give you the tools to help  deal with stress.
